6061-T6 aluminum alloy is one of the most widely used types. After solution treatment and artificial aging (T6 process), its tensile strength reaches 240–300 MPa, and its yield strength is approximately 215 MPa. While ensuring structural rigidity, its density is only 2.7 g/cm³, weighing about 1/3 of steel, making it ideal for weight-sensitive mobile device support structures.

 

Surface Treatment: Most products undergo anodizing to form a dense oxide film, significantly improving corrosion resistance. They can stably pass 96 hours of neutral salt spray testing without red rust, making them suitable for complex environments such as humid and coastal areas.

 

Excellent processing performance: This material can be extruded and is easy to drill and tap, making it suitable for manufacturing modular frame poles with threaded interfaces (such as M12, 1/4″-20), which facilitates the expansion and connection of accessories such as fill lights, mobile phone clips, and fishing rods.
